Sobre el puesto:
Ejecutar capacitaciones a vendedores y clientes finales, realizar activaciones en tienda para impulsar el uso del método de pago en las tiendas asignadas, asegurando el cumplimiento de las metas de transacciones definidas para cada comercio.
Responsabilidades principales:
Capacitar a los vendedores sobre el uso y beneficios del método de pago.
Realizar la capacitación y activación de las tiendas físicas asignadas.
Generar la reportería periódica sobre el avance de metas y estado de las tiendas.
Impulsar el uso del método de pago mediante activaciones presenciales.
Asegurar el cumplimiento de las metas de transacciones definidas por la organización.
Requerimos:
Estudiante de tercer año en Licenciatura de Administración de Empresas, Mercadeo o carreras afines.
Experiencia de 1 a 3 años en puestos de Promotoría, Representante de Ventas, Trade Marketing, atención a comercios o puntos de venta.
Conocimientos técnicos: Manejo de herramientas digitales (Excel, Paquete Office, Google Workspace).
Transporte propio indispensable.
