Teamlead Procurement & Supply Chain

Wingtra provides efficient and reliable data solutions to a variety of industries ranging from mining, construction and agriculture to humanitarian organizations, environmentalists and wildlife monitoring groups.   In this role, you will lead our small but impactful Procurement Team with 2 employees as well as our Supply Chain team with 2 more employees. You  will cover the whole range of Procurement activities, from selection, contract negotiations, auditing, all the way to managing your part portfolio in serial production. You will have the opportunity to define policies in alignment with our overall operations strategy and deploy these to our suppliers. You will work within new product introduction projects as well as with our production team. On the export side you will make sure that inbound and outbound logistics are well aligned with customer demand and production needs, that costs are within target range and take responsibility for tracking and reporting our level of service as well as our stock. You will have close interaction with production, finance, Industrialization and R&D.
