The Director of University Partnerships, UK & Europe will play a critical role in advancing SEED’s mission by cultivating and managing strategic relationships with universities across the region. In this role, you will work closely with institutional leaders to understand their enrolment priorities, develop tailored strategies, and oversee the execution of impactful campaigns. This position offers a unique opportunity to drive SEED’s growth while shaping the future of international recruitment for UK & European institutions.   Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Management • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of higher education institutions in the UK & Europe, building strong relationships with senior stakeholders. • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their enrolment goals and challenges, and aligning SEED’s services to meet their needs. • Proactively engage clients to identify opportunities for enhancing their international recruitment efforts and delivering measurable outcomes.  Business Development & Revenue Growth • Develop and expand partnerships with higher education institutions, achieving annual revenue and partnership growth targets. • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned markets and accounts, including upselling and cross-selling SEED’s services. • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to secure long-term agreements with key stakeholders. Campaign Planning & Delivery • Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement international student recruitment offerings, including in-person events, virtual programs, and more. • Oversee the execution of client campaigns, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and outcomes align with expectations. • Provide regular updates and performance reports to clients, incorporating data-driven insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Market Development & Product Innovation • Leverage client feedback and market insights to contribute to the development of new services and solutions tailored to the needs of UK & European institutions. • Partner with internal teams to pilot and refine innovative approaches that drive value for clients and strengthen SEED’s market presence. Industry Representation & Networking • Represent SEED at industry events, conferences, and panels, showcasing expertise in international student recruitment and education trends. • Build and maintain a professional network of key stakeholders in higher education, positioning SEED as a leader in the field. Operational Excellence • Ensure client satisfaction by managing expectations, resolving issues promptly, and delivering exceptional service. • Work closely with SEED’s delivery teams to streamline processes and optimize campaign outcomes for clients. • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to keep clients informed and maintain SEED’s competitive edge. Collaboration & Team Contribution • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align efforts, share insights, and achieve organizational goals. • Provide mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
