So, you will join a passionate, expert team tackling everything from scaling AI-powered recommendations to launching high-impact, data-driven features that boost monetization and engagement. Our next milestone: break into the global Top 5, and we are moving fast to make it happen About your role: This role is an opportunity to build and scale the entire Partner Growth direction inside a high-load international product where partnerships directly influence acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth. You will own the strategy from the ground up: shaping processes, launching new acquisition initiatives, building relationships with creators and agencies, and creating a strong Partner Growth team around you. You will work closely with Product, Marketing, Analytics, and Operations to identify growth opportunities, test new approaches, and scale successful initiatives across international markets. We are looking for someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and feels excited about building new systems in a fast-growing environment where decisions are made quickly and ownership is real.
