Production Machine Operator Lead

We’ve raised over $100mm from great investors like Left Lane Capital, Origin Ventures, Y Combinator and Comcast Ventures and have invested strongly in building a unique culture that fosters growth, personal development and camaraderie.   Position Summary   As a Machine Operator Lead on Tovala’s production team, you will play an important role in keeping our packaging and food production equipment running efficiently. This role focuses on operating, troubleshooting, and maintaining production machinery, helping ensure equipment runs safely while meeting production and quality standards. The Machine Operator Lead is responsible for identifying and resolving equipment issues, making mechanical adjustments, and assisting with minor repairs to minimize downtime. In addition to equipment operation and troubleshooting, this role helps support daily production activities, trains new operators, and helps guide team members working on the line. Machine Operators are also responsible for cleaning and sanitizing equipment during project changeovers and at the end of each shift. As needed, operators may also assist with prepping packaging materials and supporting packing line operations to assemble meals for shipment to customers.   Location: 5041 W 2400 S Suite 500, West Valley City, UT
