Being the first Engineering Manager in our fast-growing team, we’ll look to you to guide us in adopting best practices while infusing them with Tracksuit’s unique essence. This role provides the chance to make a significant impact on the company's growth trajectory, with opportunities for personal and professional development.   You’ll collaborate closely with our Engineers, Product Managers, and Product Designers. This role provides you with the chance to work alongside the CEOs and other key leaders across the organization.   The Important Bits: You will report to our VP of Engineering sitting within our Engineering function. You’ll join us as a People Leader. This full time permanent role is benchmarked as Level 5 in our internal framework, which translates to a compensation figure plus generous ESOP and a full suite of benefits.
