GTM Operations Manager

We're growing fast globally, and now we're looking for a GTM Operations Manager to join our NYC team and bring hands-on operational support to our US and UK GTM teams. The opportunity: Our entire GTM Ops team sits in ANZ today, but half our GTM org operates out of the US and UK. When the people building GTM infrastructure are 16+ hours away from the teams relying on it, decisions get delayed, context gets lost, and rollouts slow down. We're hiring a GTM Ops Manager in NYC to change that. You'll join a small NYC-based GTM Ops team and work as the dedicated ops partner for US and UK GTM teams, driving initiative rollouts, improving systems and workflows, and making sure teams have what they need to move fast. Our GTM stack is built around agentic workflows, AI models, and data pipelines. You'll work in Claude and Cursor daily as core tools, supported by a dedicated GTM AI function of three operating within GTM Ops.
