About the Role At Woven Capital, our Portfolio Success team is passionate about maximizing the impact of our investments by bridging the gap between innovative startups and Toyota's global ecosystem. By collaborating closely with portfolio companies and Toyota business units, we build strategic relationships that drive mutual growth and accelerate the future of mobility.   We seek a highly motivated Portfolio Success Manager to discover strategic challenges and opportunities across Toyota and the broader Toyota group companies, identify synergies with startups, and facilitate engagements that unlock commercial value. Working at the intersection of venture capital and corporate innovation, you'll support the investment team on select opportunities while acting as a catalyst for collaboration.   The ideal candidate is a results-oriented, entrepreneurial professional with strong execution skills and the ability to own projects from inception to completion. You thrive in dynamic environments, leverage exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build trust with diverse stakeholders, and are energized by the opportunity to turn strategic partnerships into transformative outcomes.
