Our mission is to make software development more productive and efficient. WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? You are an engineering manager experienced in delivering complex projects and have first hand experience where and how to provide accelerators that improve engineering productivity. You are focused on customer value and obsessive about working to understand the actual problems engineers are trying to solve. You get agreement from your team, help share software design discussions, and lead delivery of features. You define metrics to track adoption and usage of what you deliver and work tirelessly to enhance value over time. You define strategic goals for the team ensuring features are aligned, minimizing throw away work and refactoring. You understand industry-leading developer productivity engineering technologies and trends charting a vision for the team that inspires and motivates.
