At the same time, it will also be ‘human-centric’, serving the needs of its citizens and keeping people safe, comfortable, and happy.   Our mission is to create the digital heart of Woven City: a software platform called “City Platform”. All digitally connected services in the city will be orchestrated and delivered on this platform. The technical challenge is huge, and includes creating state-of-the-art systems for collaborating microservices, identity, authentication, privacy, security, data brokering, IoT control, and much more. The platform will be open to third-party inventors who will collaborate with us to unlock the potential of the world’s smartest city.   WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? We are looking for software engineers who are passionate about technology and how it can transform the world into a better place. Our team offers platform services for developers in the city so they can more easily build applications and services that are safe, secure, and beneficial to users and residents. We support various users who want to manage their devices in the city and beyond. We are a customer-centric team and put high priority on working together with users to discover requirements and develop features. In addition to strong engineering skills, we value people who can: Take ownership of problem areas, from design to production. Communicate clearly with cross-functional teams (product, other platform teams, application teams). Gradually take on more technical leadership, such as leading design discussions, mentoring other engineers, and driving improvements to how we build and run our systems.
