The Role Veeva Systems, a leader in cloud-based solutions for the global life sciences industry, is looking for a Customer Success Associate to join our RTSM (Randomization and Trial Supply Management) group. The Customer Success Associate will provide effective customer service for all internal and external customers by using knowledge of company products and programs. This is a full-time, exempt, position.
