The Role As an Engagement Manager in our Global Content Practice, you will help customers bring treatments to patients faster by transforming how they work with Technology, Data, and AI. You will focus on reshaping operating models, driving organizational change, and measuring tangible business value.   You will have the opportunity to shape new ways of working in the end-to-end content operating model – from incorporating AI into a tier-based MLR process, to refining content creation strategy through Claims and Modular Content. These processes and tools help customers get personalized, impactful content to market faster, allowing them to quickly communicate important information to HCPs and patients.
