Manager - Global Proposal team - R&D and Quality

The Role The Manager, Global Proposal team - R&D and Quality, will lead a team of 8 proposal professionals who partner with a global sales team of approximately 200 in our R&D, Quality, and MedTech segments. This role drives high-quality, strategic proposals across Veeva’s Clinical, Quality, Regulatory, and Safety solutions. You’ll cultivate talent and advance team performance, consistency, and operational excellence. An ideal candidate is growth-oriented, has several years of people leadership experience, and has worked in a high-volume SaaS environment.
