You have had a solid start in the industry—about 1–2 years, including high-level internships—and you are ready to apply your skills to the media capital of the world. We are major proponents of the generalist mentality; we want a JAE who is just as curious about a disruptive tech startup as they are about a social good campaign or a major consumer brand.   We are looking for a modern storyteller who is a pop culture junkie with a purpose. You understand that in 2026, a brand’s narrative breaks through only when it is fueled by the right voices and placed on the right platforms. You have the curiosity to identify emerging trends, the writing skills to help draft a persuasive pitch, and the organizational rigor to ensure our fast-paced D.C. accounts run with total precision.
