Backend Software Engineer (Infrastructure-Focused)

ABOUT YOU   We’re looking for a Backend Software Engineer with a strong infrastructure mindset to join our Technology team. This role sits at the intersection of backend development and platform engineering, with Kubernetes as a first-class concern, not just a deployment target.   Our platform dynamically scales hundreds of servers daily, orchestrating isolated runtime environments inside Kubernetes pods. You’ll help design, build, and evolve the backend services and infrastructure systems that make this possible—focusing heavily on Infrastructure as Code, dynamic scaling, and reliability at scale.   If you enjoy working close to the metal (while still writing application code), thinking in systems, and solving problems where application behavior and infrastructure behavior are deeply intertwined, this role is for you.     ABOUT US   Xsolla is a global commerce company with robust tools and services to help developers solve the inherent challenges of the video game industry.
