FinOps engineer

ABOUT YOU   We are seeking a highly analytical and hands-on Senior FinOps Engineer to lead and mature our cloud and infrastructure financial management capabilities across GCP, AWS, and on-prem environments. As part of our talented infrastructure team, you will drive cost transparency, optimize cloud spend at scale, and partner with engineering, product, and finance teams to ensure that Xsolla’s global infrastructure is efficient, predictable, and aligned with business priorities.   The ideal candidate brings a deep technical understanding of modern cloud platforms (GCP / AWS) and experience working in Kubernetes-centric environments. You excel at turning complex usage patterns into actionable insights, influencing technical teams, and establishing a culture of cost accountability and data-driven decision-making.
