Junior UA/Growth Manager

ABOUT YOU We are looking for a User Acquisition (UA) Manager who is data-driven, proactive, collaborative, and execution-focused to join our Marketing / Growth team. The best candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and exceptionally dynamic setting and be excited to plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns that grow users and revenue for Xsolla-supported titles and products. Strong analytical thinking, performance marketing expertise, and stakeholder communication are essential, along with experience in mobile and/or PC/console game marketing, growth marketing, or performance advertising. The ability to manage multiple campaigns at once, prioritize quickly, and turn insights into action will be key to your success in this role.
