[VO2 APAC] - Project Manager (Fluent French is needed)

This role is not only about coordinating tasks or following timelines. We are looking for someone who can think beyond execution: someone able to understand client needs, ask the right questions, structure unclear briefs, contribute to strategic recommendations, and help turn business objectives into strong digital solutions.

You will work closely with clients, designers, developers and senior team members to deliver websites, WeChat mini-programs, mobile applications and other digital products. You will also contribute to pitches, proposals and account development.

EXPERIENCE

• 3+ years of experience in project management, account management, digital strategy, consulting, or a client-facing role within a digital, creative, tech or agency environment.
• Previous experience in a digital agency, consulting firm, startup, or product-oriented environment is a strong plus.
• We are open to different backgrounds, as long as you have strong analytical skills, business curiosity, client-facing maturity, and the ability to manage projects from brief to delivery.
  
  REQUIRED SKILLS
• Fluency in French and English is required.
• A strong understanding of French business culture, communication style and client expectations is important.
• Chinese language skills are a plus, but not mandatory.
• Strong analytical thinking, business curiosity, communication skills and the ability to structure ideas clearly are essential.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

• Manage digital projects from brief to delivery, including websites, WeChat mini-programs, mobile applications and other digital platforms.
• Clarify client needs, challenge incomplete briefs and translate business objectives into clear project scopes.
• Coordinate design, development, testing and vendor teams to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Contribute to proposals, pitch documents, client presentations and strategic recommendations.
• Support the growth of existing client accounts by identifying needs, opportunities and next steps.
• Track project progress, scope, deadlines and profitability.
• Ensure deliverables meet both user experience standards and business objectives.
• Help improve internal workflows and ways of working.
• Grow into a more strategic role, supporting senior management on client, business and operational topics.
