About the Role WEBTOON is becoming the home for Marvel and Disney comics — a subscription app where fans read, collect, and stay connected to the stories and characters they love. We are looking for a Senior Manager, Community & Social with deep roots in this world. The ideal candidate understands the creators, communities, and cultural moments that matter to comics fans — and knows how to translate that knowledge into content that drives meaningful engagement and action. This is a hands-on execution role. You will be responsible for identifying the right voices, developing the creative, and maintaining the quality of everything that goes out under this platform. You will work closely with the Head of Marketing and own the day-to-day execution across creator programs, community, and social channels.
