Reporting to the Director, Talent Acquisition, you’ll help us find, attract, and hire exceptional talent across Canada, the U.S., and beyond.   This role will recruit for a wide range of disciplines including Design, Development, Strategy, Media, Finance, Accounts, Production, and more across Thinkingbox, AntiSocial, and The Heist, run structured interview processes, and ensure we’re making thoughtful, high-quality hiring decisions. You’ll play a critical role in shaping our interview experience, elevating hiring standards, and delivering a seamless, inclusive candidate journey.
