Theodo connait une croissance exceptionnelle depuis 15 ans : nos équipes rassemblent plus de 700 Theodoers, principalement des Software Engineers, passionnés de technologie et d’amélioration continue. Avec la croissance, le groupe s’est structuré en entités spécialisées par technologies (Theodo Apps, Theodo Cloud, Theodo Data & AI) ou par industries (Fintech, Govtech, Healthtech, Consumer Products Goods). En 2025, le groupe Theodo génère 100M€ de CA.
L’histoire de Theodo au Maroc commence en 2017, avec la création de Nimbleways, une entreprise tech fondée par un entrepreneur marocain ayant l'ambition de faire de "la world class tech made in Morocco". En 2019, Nimbleways rejoint le groupe Theodo et en adopte le nom quelques années plus tard.
Aujourd’hui, Theodo compte plus de 80 Theodoers à Casablanca. Nous partageons la même mission que nos homologues à Paris ou Londres : accompagner des scales-ups et de grandes entreprises au Maroc et à l'international dans la conception, le développement et la maintenance de produits digitaux ingénieux.
