As a Lead Data Analyst Marketing , you will play a crucial role in the Marketing Data & Insight team, being at the same time a strong Data analyst but also a support and a guide for a dedicated part of the team.  Your missions, for you and the people you will mentor, will focus on bringing support to the Marketing directions and to any Top Down questions that could appear. Bringing the appropriate level of answer and recommendations   As a lead: You will delegate a part of the mission to the analyst you are mentoring, but also bring them support and guide them in their technical &functional skills. You will help them go deeper on topics and grow as analysts. You will have to ensure the coherence of the different topics addressed and ensure that their projects are advancing on the right direction, respecting deadlines and expectations, organising and prioritising their work if necessary You will be the guarantor of the quality of deliveries and the communication You will be a privileged interlocutor for The head of Marketing Data Insight and the Marketing Codir members
