About this role

We're looking for a highly analytical and technically strong operations leader to own and scale the operational backbone of Lemonade's Media Partnerships channel.

We need someone to build and scale the engine, not just run it. You'll lead the design and evolution of partner infrastructure, attribution and tracking models, reconciliation and commission logic, lifecycle automation, and performance analytics. This is both strategic and hands-on โ€” you'll design the operating model and ensure day-to-day operations run reliably.

In this role you'll:

  • Radically improve how the Media Partnerships team works by automating manual, time-consuming processes and freeing them up to focus on strategic business growth

  • Design, deploy, and manage AI agents to support the team, reduce workload, boost overall efficiency, and drive measurable growth

  • Oversee Lemonade's affiliate and media partner platforms, including configuration, structure, and ongoing optimization

  • Ensure accurate end-to-end data flow between CRM systems (HubSpot), data warehouses, tracking tools, and finance platforms

  • Maintain campaign structure, segmentation, permissions, attribution, and commission logic

  • Manage partner payment processes and reconciliation in tight collaboration with the Finance team

  • Partner with BI to build and optimize dashboards, identifying trends, discrepancies, and growth opportunities

  • Design scalable, self-serve experiences for onboarding, activation, growth, reactivation, and churn

  • Create and maintain manuals, playbooks, FAQs, and knowledge bases for Partner Managers and automation support

  • Align commercial terms and program policies across Product, Finance, Legal, and Data teams

What you'll need:

  • 5+ years of experience in Partner Operations, Affiliate Operations, or Revenue Operations within a digital or technology-driven company

  • Strong experience with automation and integration platforms (Workato, Zapier), CRM platforms (HubSpot), and generative AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, or similar)

  • Proven, hands-on experience building AI-powered tools and automations โ€” not just using AI as a writing assistant, but deploying it operationally: building Claude or GPT-based agents for workflow automation, creating structured prompts that power reconciliation logic or partner onboarding flows, or integrating LLM APIs into tools via Zapier, Workato, or custom scripts. You should be able to point to something you built and explain how it works

  • Demonstrated experience designing and deploying AI agents for operational use cases, including configuring agent behavior, connecting them to live data sources (CRM, spreadsheets, databases), and maintaining them over time. Familiarity with platforms such as Claude, ChatGPT, Make, n8n, or similar โ€” and a track record of reducing manual work through automation you personally designed and shipped

  • Experience using sales and affiliate platforms, with a strong aptitude for system configuration and advanced troubleshooting

  • Demonstrated experience with complex tracking and attribution models

  • Strong technical fluency with cross-system workflows, integrations, and data flows between CRM, tracking systems, BI, finance, and partner platforms

  • Advanced analytical capabilities to independently analyze performance data and translate insights into structural improvements

  • Experience building knowledge bases to support automation, partner enablement, and operational scalability

  • Ability to validate data and write basic SQL queries to investigate discrepancies

  • Proven ability to design processes alongside Product, Data, and Engineering teams, with excellent communication skills to translate between business, technical, and finance stakeholders

  • Strong ownership mindset, structured working style, and high attention to detail

  • Ready to work in an office environment most days of the week
