Technical Deployment Manager

We are looking for a Technical Deployment Manager to drive smooth, on-time customer deployments across multiple geographies and time zones. This role serves as the single-threaded owner from sales handoff through customer go-live, ensuring that every deployment is well-coordinated, predictable, and executed without surprises. You will coordinate across Sales, Manufacturing, Operations, Field Service, and Applications teams while acting as a clear point of contact for customers during deployment planning. This is an in-person, on-site role based at our Boston headquarters, requiring close coordination with internal teams and hands-on engagement with deployment readiness. Beyond deployments, you will also support cross-functional initiatives led by the Scientific Program Manager, contributing to internal programs that improve scalability, readiness, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate is organized, technically fluent, and proactive — someone who asks the right questions early, identifies risks before they escalate, and drives teams to action when timelines are at risk.
