Principal, Technical Partnerships

Teramind builds the world's leading workforce analytics, insider threat, and DLP platform. As we expand our product ecosystem, we're investing in technical partnerships that make our platform more powerful - integrating with the tools and infrastructure our customers already rely on. The Principal, Technical Partnerships (Security & Compliance) will own the end to end development of strategic partnerships with security, compliance, and IT vendors. You'll connect partner product and engineering teams to ours, define joint value propositions, and drive partnerships from signed agreements through live integration and GTM handoff. WHAT YOU'LL DO •     Build and maintain executive, product, and technical relationships with counterparts at partner organizations; coordinate cross-functional execution internally across Product, Sales, Marketing, and the leadership team •     Drive partnerships from agreement through integration and launch. Scoping and delivering integrations and joint product offerings with partner engineering teams •     Define the joint value proposition and solution narrative; co-define success metrics with partners and report partnership health, wins, and blockers to the CPO and staff team •     Partner with Marketing on co-marketing programs, joint announcements, and launch plans; establish the operational framework for each partnership including success criteria •     Transition GTM execution to the CRO organization once integrations are live, while retaining executive and product-level relationships for ongoing accountability WHAT YOU BRING •     7–10 years in strategic or technical partnerships, business development, or alliances in the security, compliance, or IT industry •     Demonstrated credibility working across product, engineering, sales, and marketing. You can hold a substantive conversation with an engineer and then present to a CRO in the same day •     Deep familiarity with the security and compliance vendor landscape: SIEM, EDR, CASB, DLP, GRC, or adjacent categories •     Technical fluency sufficient to scope integrations, evaluate API capabilities, and assess product fit without needing a translator •     Experience as a technical product manager, solutions architect, or engineering manager is strongly preferred •     Comfortable working across all levels, from CEO to product manager, at both Teramind and partner organizations •     High agency: you move fast, make practical trade offs, and don't wait for perfect conditions HOW WE'LL MEASURE SUCCESS •     Product integrations that customers actually adopt, not just launch announcements •     Time from partnership agreement to working, customer-facing integration •     Strength and differentiation of the joint value proposition, validated with Product, Sales,& Marketing •     Pipeline and revenue generated through the CRO organization post-handoff
