Key responsibilities include clarifying and documenting training needs, sourcing content from classified and unclassified domains, and creating detailed training materials involving transcription, translation, and analysis. The role demands proficiency with tools like Audacity, Adobe Creative Suite, and Adobe Premier to develop blended learning experiences and design assessments. Collaboration with instructors, government stakeholders, and contractors is essential to align training with strategic goals. Candidates must have a current TS/SCI + Poly clearance, a relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, and significant expertise in instructional design and intelligence analysis.   Due to federal contract requirements, United States Citizenship and position appropriate security clearance is required. (e.g. Active TS/SCI security clearance with agency appropriate polygraph).
