We are committed to hiring the best of the best, and in return, we offer a world-class, truly unique employee experience that is rare within our industry.   A Tactical SIGINT Systems Engineer Level 2 triages and analyzes end-user COMINT, ELINT, and FISINT collection, identification, and location military mobile platform (air, land, sea) requirements. The Engineer assists stakeholders in refining technical capability requirements for tactical collection systems, evaluates US commercial material solution alternatives, conducts feasibility analysis, presents procurement and/or project execution courses of action, and contributes to tactical sensor capability systems architectures. The Engineer will review tactical sensor technical documentation, KPPs, White Papers, and other key systems engineering artifacts such as HW and SW test plans, Factory Acceptance Tests, and Capstone Event criteria. The Engineer will assist the USG in leading foreign partner tactical SIGINT sensor projects from Requirements to SOW/RFP, to Proposal reviews, Basis of Estimate/Rough Order of Magnitude analysis, Letter of Offer and Acceptance (LOA), and project execution from Kick-off to delivery and installation.  (SA2b)   Due to federal contract requirements, United States Citizenship and position appropriate security clearance is required.
