This position leads the creation of high-quality graphics and document layouts that clearly communicate complex technical information from the engineering team. The role requires a balance of creativity and analytical thinking, along with strong attention to detail. The Senior Graphic Designer must be able to stay on task and demonstrate strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a proposal-driven environment. Strong leadership skills are necessary because this position helps guide visual strategy, provides direction on graphic approaches, supports consistency in branding and document quality, and serves as a trusted resource for marketing staff and technical teams during high-pressure deadlines.   The ideal candidate is self-motivated and curious, works well with others, and can clearly communicate graphic concepts with the team. This position requires the ability to prioritize tasks under tight deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy. A flexible hybrid remote work schedule may be available after 90 days of employment.
