As a Solutions Engineer you will be part of the Customer Solutions Team, part of our Go To Market area.
Your contribution will be
Own the end-to-end merchant journey — from pre-sales to go-live and beyond
Partner with Sales to design smart, scalable payment solutions tailored to merchant needs
Lead API integrations (REST, webhooks, SDKs) and get merchants live fast
Act as a trusted advisor, guiding merchants on performance, UX, and global payment strategies
Solve complex technical challenges and unblock integrations quickly
Collaborate with Product & Engineering to improve the platform and merchant experience
Drive continuous optimization (conversion, auth rates, fraud, routing)
Work closely with the Product to ensure we are building for scale while solving the merchant problems
Have a Product mindset - be ready to build from scratch and automate processes
The skills you need
Minimum qualifications
● Language Skills: English advanced is mandatory,
● At least 8+ years of experience in a Solutions Engineer or similar technical role within the payments or fintech.
● Experience with integration processes and working with APIs.
● Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, and customers.
● Experience in delivering successful product demonstrations and presentations.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in fintech, payments, or financial services
Experience working with APIs, payment orchestration, or PSPs
