About this role

工作內容

1. 與各大雲端與管理軟體供應商洽談合作，包括 Google Cloud、MongoDB等，負責採購我們所需的雲端服務、資料庫、LLM API、監控工具等

2. 評估供應商方案、進行議價、簽訂合約，並優化整體採購成本（Cost Optimization） 深入理解內部工程團隊的技術需求（包含 LLM 使用量、資料庫效能、儲存規模、安全合規等），並轉化為明確的採購規格

3. 與客戶端（Sales 團隊）合作，參與客戶專案的報價與價格談判，確保毛利目標達成 管理供應商關係（Vendor Relationship Management），定期檢討 SLA、效能與合約條款 建立採購流程、預算控管機制，並確保所有採購符合資安與企業合規要求

4. 追蹤最新雲端與 AI 相關服務趨勢，適時引入更具性價比的解決方案

必備條件

1. 具備 2 年以上採購、供應商管理或 Vendor Management 經驗

2. 熟悉雲端服務（Google Cloud / AWS / Azure）與資料庫（MongoDB、PostgreSQL 等）採購流程

3. 有與 SaaS、API 服務、LLM 平台（如 OpenAI、Claude）議價與合約談判的實務經驗 能有效理解工程團隊的技術需求，並與工程師順暢溝通

4. 具備良好的談判能力與數字敏感度，能同時兼顧成本控制與品質

加分條件

1. 有 AI 相關公司或 SaaS 新創的採購經驗

2. 熟悉企業級雲端架構與用量計費模式（Pay-as-you-go、Reserved Instance、Commitment Discount 等）

3. 曾參與客戶專案報價或與 Sales 團隊共同議價的經驗 4. 具備基礎的技術背景，能閱讀簡單的技術文件與規格
