POSITION SUMMARY:   World Relief is seeking a Director of Finance for the California region to provide strategic financial leadership across multiple field offices. This role partners closely with office and regional leadership to guide budgeting, forecasting, and financial sustainability while ensuring compliance with donor and organizational requirements. This is an opportunity to lead finance operations in a mission-driven organization while developing strong teams and improving financial systems across a growing region. Hybrid schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30am-5:00pm; 3 days onsite and 2 work from home days. The position may be based in any of our California offices, including Sacramento, Modesto, Garden Grove, or San Diego.
