POSITION SUMMARY: World Relief seeks an Economic Empowerment Specialist to help refugees and immigrants prepare for, obtain, and retain meaningful employment in the U.S. workforce. This role provides individualized job readiness support, including resume development, interview preparation, workplace navigation, employer connections, and coaching toward long-term economic stability. This position will be focused more on mid to high level position development, while still being expected to assist with entry-level job placements when needed.
