POSITION SUMMARY:   World Relief seeks an Outreach Coordinator, a position that works as part of the Extended Case Management (ECM) team and is responsible for advancing program enrollment through targeted outreach, partner engagement, and referral development. This role prioritizes outreach activities that lead to direct client referrals from external partners and service providers, with the goal of increasing enrollment in ECM programs. Serving as a key ambassador to community organizations, faith communities, and public agencies, the Outreach Coordinator ensures programs are visible and accessible while maintaining a clear focus on referral quality, enrollment outcomes, and programs with unmet enrollment needs. This role is well‑suited for individuals who enjoy community‑based work, relationship‑building, and outcome‑driven outreach focused on connecting people to services.      This is a limited-term position funded through a grant agreement until September 30, 2026, and contingent upon funding extension.
