POSITION SUMMARY:   World Relief is seeking a Senior Caseworker to provide day-to-day program support and direct service delivery within the Refugee Health Promotion Program (RHPP). This role combines program coordination responsibilities with direct case management and plays a critical part in ensuring program quality, client outcomes, and staff development.         This position reports to the Senior Resettlement Manager and works closely with them to support the achievement of RHPP objectives while maintaining high standards of trauma-informed, client-centered case management. In addition to holding an individual caseload, the Senior Caseworker offers guidance and technical support to RHPP caseworkers and serves as a field instructor to Social Work Interns by providing mentorship, learning support, and required field education in alignment with academic and program requirements.
