Event Operations Specialist

The Role Tunnl is seeking a highly organized, execution-obsessed Event Operations Specialist to own the operational backbone of our marketing event strategy — from contracting and invoicing to booth logistics, travel coordination, and sponsor deliverables. Events are a key growth channel at Tunnl, and this role is critical to ensuring we show up professionally, consistently, and on time. You’ll manage the behind-the-scenes systems that make our events successful, while also supporting light event marketing execution (email outreach, follow-up coordination, lead capture workflows, etc.). This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, loves building repeatable systems, and gets real satisfaction from making complex logistics feel effortless for everyone else. You’ll work closely with the Head of Marketing and collaborate with Sales Enablement, Sales, Partnerships, and Account Management to ensure events translate into real pipeline impact. This is a hands-on, early career role for someone who wants to grow into a broader marketing leadership path.
