Role  As a QA Analyst on the Thrive In-Session team, you won’t just validate what’s built, you’ll help define what “good” looks like. You will work closely within a cross-functional team and collaborate across departments to ensure we deliver a seamless, safe, and effective AI care experience. In this role, you will help drive a shift-left quality mindset, contributing to prevention over detection, improving processes, and ensuring we generate the right evidence to support our product as Software as a Medical Device. The Thrive In-Session team owns the end-to-end therapy session. This experience blends AI, clinical logic, and user interaction in a way that requires both analytical thinking and creativity. Ensuring quality here means understanding not just whether something works, but whether it works well for real people in real recovery journeys.
