Senior Project Manager, Activations

Stand Together Trust is seeking a Senior Project Manager to support the execution of high-impact activations— large-scale, community-facing initiatives that bring together partnerships, media, content, and events to drive engagement at scale.  This role serves as a key operational lead across complex, cross-functional initiatives, ensuring projects move forward efficiently, stakeholders remained aligned, and deliverables are executed successfully. You will operate in a highly matrixed environment, working closely with Activation Leaders, internal teams, and external partners to coordinate timelines, manage workflows, track progress, and maintain operational rigor throughout the activation lifecycle.   The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and execution-focused, with strong project management discipline and the ability to drive work forward with clarity and urgency.
