Follow us on Instagram @zopalife The 1st Line of Defence (1LOD) Risk Function is responsible for managing risks across the organisation, working closely with cross-business stakeholders and adopting the bank’s risk framework to embed effective and efficient risk management into everything we do.  We are looking for two experienced Senior Compliance Managers to join our team. One role will primarily partner with our lending businesses, while the other will focus on savings and current accounts. Both roles will work closely with key stakeholders across the bank, while also supporting operational areas such as collections, customer service and customer care where required. The role itself is an exciting opportunity for a compliance professional motivated by driving change and contributing to delivering responsible growth and a truly customer-centric experience.  The right person for this role will be pragmatic, have strong compliance technical knowledge, good critical thinking skills and be comfortable operating with a high degree of autonomy. This is a hands-on role requiring you to work closely with the business in a fast-paced environment, finding smart, practical ways to support growth while managing conduct risk effectively.
