As a digital bank, technology is the backbone of everything we do: from building the best products for our customers to the tools and platforms used by Zopians every day. Our tech teams are the embodiment of how we run as a business: it’s modern, fast-paced, and always with the customer at heart.  We operate in highly competitive hiring markets, and the expectations are high so you’ll be trusted to move with pace, always mapping out the market and bringing strong market insights, that genuinely move the business forward—not just filling roles. It’s a fast-moving environment, and priorities can shift. The roles can be complex, and there will be times where things don’t go to plan and that's okay!
