Position Overview Beedie is seeking a highly organized, detail-driven Marketing & Events Specialist to support our growing Industrial Development portfolio. This is a hands-on role with a strong focus on events and experiential marketing, complemented by industrial project marketing support, and is ideal for a seasoned marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, execution-focused environment. You will work closely with the Senior Director, Industrial Marketing, as well as internal sales, leasing, and leadership teams, to plan and execute industry‑leading events and marketing initiatives that support Beedie’s industrial projects, broker relationships, and brand presence. From national broker events and sponsorship activations to project marketing campaigns, you will lead initiatives end to end, turning ideas into memorable, well-executed experiences. Travel is a key part of the role, including location scouting and acting as the lead planner onsite, putting you at the centre of Beedie’s most impactful events.
