CoderPad is seeking a Director of Engineering to lead multiple North-American and Latin America-based product engineering teams and help shape the technical and organizational direction of our platform. This role combines technical leadership, people leadership, and cross-functional strategy to ensure teams deliver high-quality software while maintaining strong system health and engineering velocity. As a key engineering leader, you will mentor engineering managers, partner closely with Product leadership, and help scale the systems and processes that enable our teams to do their best work.

This role reports to the VP of Engineering.
This role is located in the United States and will work East Coast Hours. It will be responsible for teams across all US time zones and reports to our VP of Engineering.
