Junior Engineering Construction Technician

The qualified individual must be highly motivated with the skills to prioritize, perform, and communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.  ERG is seeking a motivated, entry-level Junior Engineering Construction Technician to support field-level construction oversight and technical activities for projects at the Naval Support Facility (NSF) Indian Head. This role is ideal for candidates looking to start a career in construction management, engineering support, or field inspection. They will work closely with an experienced Construction Manager and project team to learn how to monitor construction progress, verify quality, ensure safety compliance, and support project documentation. This position offers hands-on exposure to active construction sites and federal project environments, with opportunities for mentorship and skill development. This is a full-time, on-site position at NSF Indian Head, Maryland, located approximately 30 miles from Washington, D.C.
