About the role The Program Manager (RevOps) owns the end-to-end execution and coordination of strategic revenue and operational initiatives. Operating as a critical bridge between our US and Indian stakeholders and leadership teams, this role ensures timely, scalable, and efficient execution by aligning cross-functional teams, GTM (Go-To-Market) timelines, operational priorities, and data-driven decision-making. You will operate at the intersection of revenue strategy, sales operations, process excellence, and executive alignment. The role requires strong ownership, structured execution, exceptional stakeholder management, and the ability to translate complex business workflows into measurable outcomes. Because you will be the connective tissue between global teams, thriving in this role requires a high degree of adaptability, cultural empathy, and the proactive communication skills needed to drive momentum across different time zones.
