Als Compliance Manager werk je nauw samen met collega’s van Legal, Risk, Interne Audit, Preventie en Milieu. Je rapporteert aan de Head Legal Affairs, die rechtstreeks aan de CEO rapporteert. Samen zorgen jullie voor een organisatie waarin regels en waarden hand in hand gaan.
Je verbindt mensen en afdelingen, creëert overzicht en duidelijkheid en helpt de organisatie groeien in een cultuur van verantwoordelijkheid en integriteit. Jij bent hét aanspreekpunt voor compliance binnen Aquafin — een sparringpartner voor collega’s én een gids voor het juiste handelen.
