Serverfarm is looking for a Data Center Technical Content Specialist who has spent time in a data center. You know what it takes to keep critical infrastructure running. You have worked with electrical distribution, mechanical cooling systems, and the monitoring and control systems that tie it all together. And you can explain how those systems work to someone who is still learning. This is not a traditional technical writing role. We are not looking for someone who documents from a distance. We are looking for someone who has done the work and can now help us make sure our training content reflects what actually happens in a data center, not just what looks good on paper.
