This is a strategic finance leadership role for someone who can operate beyond traditional accounting and reporting. The ideal candidate will bring strong financial control, planning, treasury, audit, tax, and governance experience, while partnering closely with the executive team and Board to support sound decision-making, financial discipline, and sustainable growth. As Finance Director, you will be responsible for ensuring Wahed’s financial infrastructure is accurate, scalable, compliant, and insight-driven. You will oversee end-to-end finance operations, strengthen controls, manage forecasting and cash flow visibility, and help build a finance function that supports Wahed’s mission to reduce financial inequality and expand access to values-based investing globally.
