Senior Solutions Engineer

Join us in helping people handle more throughout the supply chain! We are seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer who can apply our robots to customer environments and ensure successful deployments. The role has a large emphasis on quickly understanding key customer requirements through site visits, analyzing customer application data, and writing statements of work. This role will also interface with customers during initial periods of use, to communicate product updates and help explain machine behavior.  In this role you will work closely with members of the Product, Sales, and Engineering teams.
