About Us

We develop safety-first, user-centric software-defined vehicle technologies that deliver the latest performance through continuous updates like smartphones. By advancing software and AI technology, 42dot envisions a world where everything is connected and moves autonomously through a self-managing urban transportation operating system.

Overview

Join 42dot as a Technical Project Manager and help deliver software for next-generation vehicle computing systems.

In this role, you’ll work closely with engineers and technical leaders to turn ideas into working products.

You’ll coordinate complex software projects, align teams across locations, and keep delivery on track—from early planning through to release.

You’ll connect software development, architecture, and delivery, helping teams build reliable and scalable mobility solutions.

You’ll be part of the day-to-day execution, not just coordination: understanding technical challenges, managing dependencies, and helping teams make practical decisions around scope, timelines, and trade-offs.

This is a hands-on role where strong project management skills matter just as much as the ability to engage in technical discussions. Your focus will be on keeping teams aligned, removing blockers, and ensuring high-quality software is delivered reliably.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end delivery of complex technical projects, from planning through release, ensuring alignment with product and engineering goals.

  • Align priorities across engineering and product, balancing scope, timeline, and quality.

  • Define scope, translate product requirements into actionable plans, and manage dependencies across teams.

  • Track progress using data-driven metrics; proactively identify risks, escalate blockers, and drive mitigation.

  • Coordinate across global stakeholders (Poland, HQ, and other regions), ensuring clear communication and alignment.

  • Negotiate timelines and trade-offs based on project needs and engineering capacity.

  • Support roadmap planning, execution tracking, and reporting across delivery cycles.

  • Contribute to technical discussions by understanding system architecture, constraints, and trade-offs.

  • Oversee release planning, integration, and cross-team coordination to ensure smooth delivery.

  • Drive continuous improvement of development processes, workflows, and team efficiency, including stakeholder alignment and buy-in.

  • Ensure adherence to software development best practices (Agile, CI/CD, quality standards).

  • Partner with external integration teams: OEM partners, simulation vendors, to manage joint deliverables.

Qualifications, Experience and Skills

  • 5+ years of experience as a (Technical) Project Manager, Product Owner or similar role in product management

  • Proactive and self-motivated, with a passion for driving innovation and delivering results in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong understanding of software development process

  • Practical experience working in Agile Software Development Methodology

  • Fluent English

Additional Qualifications (Nice to have)

  • Working experience with multi-site, multi-national and multi-contributor teams.

  • Hands-on experience managing all stages of the product life cycle.

  • Knowledge and experience working with automotive products.

  • Experience using AI tools and models to automate business and engineering workflows.

  • Korean language skills.

Interview Process

  • Application Review - 1st interview - 2nd interviews block - Offer - Hiring
