We are actively investing in our flagship Brisbane plant to double capacity over the next 3 years. To drive this transition, we need a seasoned, steady leader who can step onto the workshop floor, establish immediate trust, and grow our team's capability whilst delivering high-quality product every day.
You won't achieve this by sitting behind a desk running reports. You will win by being on the shop floor – setting the standard, developing the team, removing obstacles, making improvements, safeguarding quality & safety, and driving our daily operating rhythm. Being the leader that inspires people to be the best they can be.
The Role
As the Production Manager, your mission is to lead and grow a high-performing production team that safely delivers Beaver products "on time, right first time".
What You’ll Own:
People-First Leadership: Lead and inspire the 50+ person shop floor team to deliver consistent effort, commitment and performance.
