Senior Graphic Designer (User Acquisition & Marketing)

We're looking for a Senior Graphic Designer with a focus on user acquisition, marketing, and conversion to help shape the front door of our product experience. From marketing landing pages and growth experiments to onboarding flows and campaign-driven design, you'll help us attract, convert, and retain passionate players in a crowded, competitive market. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role where product thinking meets performance marketing—ideal for a designer who's equal parts strategic and hands-on, and who uses modern AI tools to produce creative at a volume and velocity that traditional design teams simply can't match. In a performance marketing context, that's not a nice-to-have — it's a direct driver of CAC, ROAS, and growth.
